I am a wife, mom, baker, and a health educator in Southeastern Minnesota. Sharing my family-friendly recipes and lifestyle tips. My passion for cooking has grown over the years. Keeping things simple and quick in the kitchen.

I try to focus on a balanced diet for our boys…somehow treats and snacks have a way of showing up in our house. Which in turn leads me to trying new recipes. My sweet tooth may play a factor in this.

I have a way of sneaking vegetables into foods so I know our boys are still getting the nutrition they need. They may not eat roasted squash BUT they will eat squash in a muffin. Mom win!
